IMHO it's better than GTA IV.

How do you know there will be a free weekend? What kind of a sale will there be?

Game wise it's better then 2, but plot wise it's not as good. Also, most of the missions are just the sidequests. Still, fun as hell.

It really is a fun game to play, co-op with a friend makes it even more fun :)
