Hmm okay. It's still above 15% is a no go right? Can I run one last example with you. Let's say Street Fighter 5 . I am only able to gift anything below the Mexican Peso (+13.88%).

Hi! So it's almost a year and I want to do a couple of giveaways with the steam store before the year ends. But I'm unsure about the new gifting policy.
I asked this question 7 months ago but I just want more clarity again since it's been awhile.
I've been looking at SteamDB recently to understand what I can do and when I test out some games to giveaway, EU mostly comes to a result of +18.58%. So for an example let's use Dead by Daylight . My region is U.S. . So I am able to gift countries below the U.S. marker (South Korean, Swiss Franc ............Turkish Lira, Kazakhstani Tenge) but can not gift EU (+18.58%)?
Anyway hope some people can help and have a good Holiday Week
