I know you get your points refunded when a bogus giveaway gets deleted while it is active. However, does this also apply to bogus giveaways that ended?

Should I report those giveaways? I'm talking about obvious cases, like:

  • Dead Island x 3, 3 "not received" feedbacks
  • User with a couple giveaways and 0% feedback
  • Giveaway by banned user (obviously not received)

Yes, provided the bogus giveaway is reported to a site admin and removed, points are returned for all users that entered.

ayep. I'm hoping for a "Report user" function soon, as I don't have a list of people with terrible feedback.

Considering your activity on the site, I'm quite sure you know all users' nicknames, feedback, number of giveaways created, entered and won. And all that only because you recently retired from the site. I bet there would be more if you were still active.

So, should I just call them out on the forums, sort of thing? Because hitting the report giveaway button did nothing.

But anyway:

It's a shame that even after Cult went through the trouble to confirm that first giveaway, the guy ended up being a flake :(

So, would deleting that giveaway give the entrants their points back, but also remove the points that the giveaway generated?

aw yeah trippin points

If this is what we're supposed to do, then we totally should. What I did was go through my entries that have been closed for over a week and picked out a few obvious duds.
