Hey there, I was happy to see the Dawn of War Franchise Pack is on sale today, but I'm wondering why it costs 35$?
In my memory it was once on sale for 10$. I missed this sale but made a note to myself to buy it the next time when it is on sale. Do I miss something here?

I think there is an error because when you look at it

Price of individual games: $58.59

Bundle cost: $34.99 USD

$139.99 original price dafuq

75% off $34.99 USD

I don't think its a price error because the $58.59 refers to the discounted price of the individual games (I summed them up using a calculator, $58.59 is correct). Hmmm maybe the old pack I have in mind did not include Dawn of War II?

I bought the pack you're thinking of in the last Winter sale and it did have every 40k game + DLC available on Steam except for Space Marine.

when it was 10 bucks, thq was going down on udraw and shit; now the people who bought rights to the dawn of war franchise aren't as fucked up so they don't have to sell the pack for as low

There's no 'too expensive' for a great game like that.

Yeah of course $35 is still a great deal, but $10 was A LOT better...

It's about 14$US in Russia so find a Russian trader.. can point you to one you can trust if you need.

yeah, it was 10 euros during last winter sale. Either Sega jacked up the price, or the deal was better last year - but that's what my receipts don't show.

Well you get DoW1 and it's 3 expansion packs, 2 of which are also stand alone titles, and Dow 2 and it's 2 expansions and all the DLC for it.

35 seems about right.

I'm glad that I bought the DoW Franchise Pack for $10 during the last winter sale.

I did the same, guess I got lucky for once.

For that amount, I'm not sure I would get the whole franchise pack. I've only played the DoW 2 campaign, a little bit of multiplayer and Last Stand (which is an enjoyable time sink, provided you find people to play with), so I can't really suggest what to pick and what to pass.
