Too many are giving out BAD games. I think games under 75% Steam score should be hidden by default!!

I won't blacklist you, but you've made something that will get you blacklisted by a lot of users on here. Why would you do that?

How you define a not-so-good game? For example, one of my favourite games, Remember Me, used to be around 67% on Steam, before people slowly picked it up and raised it over 80%. There are some hidden object games thumbed down under 70% for having low resolution, yet they are better than many newly-released ones. Some indies don't know how to pay the Original trader/Gamer/Whatever Group or any similar fake review band and they may start with a negative review, instantly setting them to 0%, even if later it raises to 95%+. (And the opposite. A dev sends these people 2000 keys, and blam, he gets 50-500 positive fake reviews, even if the game is utter shit.)
The Steam rating system is a loose indicator, but nowhere near being reliable. Same goes for Metacritic, where paid reviewers just upscale anything their editors tell them to and just drag anything else through dirt so they can maintain some sort of neutrality. user reviews suffer the same ailments Steam ones do.
If you do a rough average of the three, you may get some sort of general idea on the quality of the game, but still, just because something is set to 96%, it may not be actually good or a 30% game may be enjoyable (for example, I wrote a seriously positive review on Retention, one of the most notoriously lowest-rated games on Steam, because I thought it was a good and creative experiment).

Complaining about something that is given away free, isn't it a bit offending? Think about it. Even if some games are indeed bad. So what if they are bad? Don't enter them.

Poorly phrased post boyo. You should've asked if there was a way to filter out games rather than insult the majority of those who are giving away games by saying they are shit and should be hidden by default :/.
