Games that have been accessible through bundles, or games that were once available for free due to promotions or pricing errors are not included in this calculation. We have this requirement in place to prevent users from registering multiple accounts.

well, and the one ones steam forced into your library for 2-7 days to test every now and then, they also count (at the time they are in your library.)

I searched high and low and nope no girls on the internet,only pervs and young teens.

I suppose you could see what she is short and buy her some games that will push her to 100 and maybe she will be your BFF

Yeah I had the same problem when I first joined. I had like $200 worth of games (I think) and I couldn't join because of bundle games. I don't know if ES III-V counts as bundled since i bought the Anthology at GameStop but fortunately my friend gave me Cities: Skylines the next day so I had no problems joining.
