Since HumbleBundle, Fanatical and GreenManGaming aren't exactly selling Game Keys I want either due to dumb Publisher Blocking them from selling to Certain Region Cough EA example or just not on sale. Are these 2 Sites good or stay away or beware?

Edit: Thank you for the Replies and Nurs :( No Paypal in my country since only a VISA MasterCard user

you will only get replies based on user experience:

i bought 20 times from them and everything was fine, so the site is legit, it's a fact!
i never got scammed so it's better than steam and humble bundle
ONE KEY WAS INVALID DAMN THEM SCAMMED FOR 40 CENTS REPORTED TO THE FBI!

both sites are unauthorized key resellers / gray market sites. they buy keys from unknown sources, and deal with lower prices.
if you don't care about this, go ahead and buy from them. just consider it's more risky than buying from fanatical or authorized resellers. if you also care about "supporting the developersβ„’", you should avoid sites like these. not judging here

I find that CDkeys is almost always cheaper and it doesnt add extra fees to your purchase depending on payment method like g2a.

Never had a problem with cdkeys. Read about a few people getting keys there that were later revoked, on reddit, but seemed like very few and they got new keys so I'd say it's safe.

Trustpilot ratings are also pretty high, which is a good sign. A few bad reviews but most of them have to do with paypal issues not due to the site or disgruntled kids pissed off that they had to wait a few hours for their keys because their order was under review so nothing too worrisome.

Never had any dealings with Instant Gaming but Trust Pilot ratings are also high.

CDKeys mostly sells its own stock, so it's safer than something like G2A or Kinguin. However, it's still grey market and you're taking a risk purchasing anything there. If a key is invalid or gets revoked there's not really anything you can do.

Well, according to what other people say you can write them and they will most likely give you a replacement.

Probably they will most of the time, but they're not obligated to the way an official shop is..

well, if you don't mind to be treated like shit - cdkeys is fine. But be ready that if you paid them - it's not enough to get keys, you will be requested to provide phone number, your id card scan or blood of unicorn to get it. Other than that it's totally safe.

I've bought games over a dozen times from CDkeys in the past couple of years and I never had a single issue with them. By contrast, I've only used InstantGaming once, but as long as you're paying through PayPal, you should be relatively safe and you can always do a chargeback on any scummy deal in which a potential seller might give you a faulty license without offering to replace it.

Both sites have been fine (so far) for me with buying keys. Except Instant-gaming is one of those grey market sites where you don't exactly know how they got their keys.

Cdkeys (supposedly) gets their keys legit, not sure if that's true tho.

I've not used any of those sites. But, if you're worried, you can make a screen capture of the order, receipt, and redemption of the code. That way you have proof that you didn't redeem the code on a different account before submitting the ticket.

I know of friends who buy often in InstantGaming and never had troubles, I bought once and I can say the same, I don't think I've seen people complaining about it overall either. Can't speak about CDKeys much, but it doesn't feel like a bad site from what I can find in simple google searching.
