"Exists in account" but I don't have the game.

Everytime I click on a "Skyrim" giveaway, the site says teh game exists in my account, but I don't have it. I've tried to re-sync but the problem is still unsolved.

Activating a random key and resyncing should solve the issue.

Well, if he doesn't have an extra key he should grab ibomber from indiegala since he doesn't seem to own it already. :p But yeah, didn't know joining a group fixes it as well.

may be because it was free for a weekend recently..? If that's the case issue will resolve itself in a day or two. you can't help missing some giveaways cuz of that :( sorry
but if it's any other reason..then I don't know..

It was because of the free weekend. This happens on steamgifts.com when games are free (even limited time) on Steam. It will resolve itself, hopefully on Monday. You might have to resync again after the promotional is over.

Thank you all. I activated a random key and re-synced my profile. It's all working properly now. The only remaining problem is the lack of luck to win '-'
