Do you mean it's about a requesting a reroll of a winner for a giveaway you created? Or something else like deleting a giveaway? If you've already made a ticket, you can't make a second and bumping it will put it back onto the bottom of the queue I believe. Some tickets take longer to be answered than others.

the winner needs to say so inside of the giveaway or in a chat somewhere and take a screenshot saying he/she has your permission to remove the giveaway in order for support to approve. a second ticket will still not help the process. you should never "make a payment to the winner" without pre-arranging the permission of removal.
(this is assuming i read into this situation correctly)

7days is a little long, but not really out of the ordinary either currently. my last couple of tickets i got very lucky on and they were dealt with fairly fast, but the prior few were around 6-8 days long. don't bump or add any other comments to it though or that will drop it to the back of the line.

A week ago, I put ticket about removing about drawing. Made the payment to the winner and wait a week while the answer despite the fact that this man shows on the website more active. How to file another ticket if one is already there.
