Wildstar coming to Steam confirmed!?

So I have Wildstar as a "NON-STEAM GAME" and as I try to click it this is what happens... http://i.imgur.com/MsRmHi2.jpg?1

Now I can't even launch the game through Steam, wha da fuq!?

I read that too. I thought they bailed on it because F2P made it popular again and thought they wouldn't release it on Steam.

I just found this which is an alleged post from an employee on reddit.

"Steam release should be by the end of this year or January at the absolute latest."

Based on the time of year, what they said could have been true!

The only P2P MMO i go is Final Fantasy XIV. I have Guild Wars 2 also but the content is so lacking :S

Yeah but FFXIV is never a P2W. The Microtransaction they added is all pure cosmetic XD
For Guild Wars 2...its already a P2W anyway with gems which you can turn to gold to buy gears and weapons.

Except, uh, that's... weird. Because I've added non-steam games that have the same name as Steam games and they work fine. I have no clue what's causing the problem, but I don't think this necessarily says anything.
