Basically a cool Roguelite at less than 4$ if possible, and a cool replay rate.
I was trying to get Pixel Piracy but I failed miserably.
Post the name and WHY it is worth, with a rating for it's replay rate (o.O weird redundancy) from 0% to 100%.

The Binding of Issac, the father of all other rouge-like.
Had no idea what it was, and i played more than 100h. And its cheap.

Do you know how the term "rogue-like" originated? It literally means "games like Rogue"

According to roguelike purists, the only games on Steam which satisfy the Berlin interpretation for roguelikes are Dredmor and Fatal Labyrinth. Both are about $2, so you can actually afford both of them!

"TomE 4 is not a roguelike however. It has multiple lives, or infinite ones if you pay darkgod some dosh.

It does have a roguelike mode, but beating that is entirely luck-based. One good pull from monsters later on (that you can't resist, ever, for any reason) and you're dead in one turn. It's a dungeon crawler game with partially procedural generation.
His earlier creations (Tales of Middle Earth, which it was called before Cease & Desist) suffer the same issues."

One Way Heroics is also a roguelike.
So many action titles passing off as roguelikes in this thread.

Well, are you looking for Rogue-likes or Rogue-lites?
Games which keep most of the basic game mechanics as well as more complex ones, or games which contain only a few Rogue-like elements?

Full Mojo Rampage is not very Rogue like but it is very Binding of Isaac like and it has multiplayer.
