No, that's just life, you're gonna miss out on some things.

sorry like Damia said that i life which is why i called my thread you snooze you loose - your going to miss out and anyway for the amount of points you have at any one time you can't enter like 10% of all giveaways on here
Also how would you want them like e-mails? would you check your e-mails enough and depending on what is on your check list to what is given away it be going off every minute or two

As time goes on and one hides undesired games (lotsa shovelware) there'd be more surplus points.
Going off for every one would def be overwhelming so it'd only make sense to do when you had a lot of the recurring undesired games on a block list, if they could then be excepted from notifications.

I sometimes notice people will create minimum-time (1-hour) giveaways, meaning there's probably a lot more which I don't notice since I don't check SG every hour.
Are there any ways to get notifications of new posts of unignored items so I'm less inclined to keep coming back so often?
The ideal is just visiting once a day but the idea of sub-24-hour giveaways being missed is making checking a bit obsessive.
