A quick question although I already read a F.A.Q about this.
If the winner online but didn't response to my friend request, what should I do?
The reason I ask this because I have the choice to reroll for a new winner.
Is there any rules saying that I should wait for the winner to response at the certain amount of time or can I just reroll and get a winner who online and can approve my friend request to receive the gift because I don't want any freeloader who AFK like 5 years for me to wait for him/her so I can give the game in person in Steam.
