Points glitch?

i cant tell if its just me or what, but... points dont seem to be coming in :\ my last set of entries was 2 hrs ago and since then it seems as if no one made a single giveaway(counter stuck at 0). anyone else have the same thing, or should i throw a ticket to support?

It is quite slow these days, Points hardly regenerating. But oh well.
