Well, it has Homefront, Darksiders 1 & 2, Saints Row: The Third, WH 40K: Dawn Of War 2 Expansion Packs and Space Marine. If you don't have these games, i think they are worth the price. You will never get them at this cheap price so i think you should get them.
I hadn't played them, but all of these look good and they seem to be funny. Dawn Of War 2 expansion packs were very well praised, so they are worth the price of admission. Have in mind that the mayority of these games are from this generation, so you will not be playing so much old stuff.
IMO buy it. If you are unsure about it, keep it on your inventory for future trading.
