Can you trust this site ?? and does anyone else no where you could buy a steam copy of this game for cheap.

It's a Ubisoft game, you can't buy a steam copy anywhere else than Steam :(

I'm not really sure, key seller sites are usually trustable, but on the other hand they can scamm you, 18k peoples like that site on facebook.. dunno really.
