I couldn't agree more. My only objection is when a game is a non exclusive to consoles, then I prefer the PC version of it (obviously if the port is decent enough)

Planning on buying a PS4, in the upcoming weeks, while I'm working.
Was planning on getting Need for Speed next year on PC, but thought about getting it on the PS4, when I get it.
