AMD never settle Gold - code broken

Well, did you even get receipt for AMD product? If you got it and lost it, it's sadly your fault.

You're screwed.

Maybe the promotion is over? They had many Never Settle promotions and your one may be already over.

Ask whoever gifted it to you for the receipt

You should demand to the store where you bought your PC. To make AMD give it to you, you need proof of purchase I think, but it's your store fault not AMD's.

how do you get a new pc and not get a receipt? but in any case either way you might be out of luck as that means the promotion has ended but maybe if you had a receipt they would offer you the current promotion if someone gave you an expired one

let this be a lesson to not sit on gift codes from things like AMD

as they have a self life they codes are not forever and they due run out so even if the promotion was still valid there is a chance they keys would be used up it is best to use them right away

i know it sucks they give out more awards then codes but then again people play the lotto even know all top prizes are claimed they still sell tickets and if you get one for the top prize your sol lol

I had to send only a photo and receipt of my new computer to get my games. I bought my computer off eBay so just took a picture of my receipt and sent it to them, they responded briskly and I got my games. You are required to show a receipt sometimes to get the games

Yeah! The shop answered. They gaved me the working key, they are contacting amd themselves now.
