Hmm, looking over at the Steam forum, it appears that they might have removed the DLC from Deus Ex purchases starting from the past hour or so. So I guess you just missed out on the bonus! Sorry about that :(

BTW I activated Just Cause 2 and Lara Croft before, and they both came with some DLCs! Not sure if they are still there now or not though... If you just bought it, can you confirm it for us?

I also got the same deal with Amazon. The one code they gave you should unlock both the game and the DLC. You should see it when you enter the code when you redeem as "Deux Ex Human Reolvution + Tactical DLC (retail)" or something similar.
