It's not super fancy or anything but it's good enough.

I'll happily take suggestions on how to make it cheaper and/or better, but I can't go any more expensive (and I refuse to get a different case).

There is no way that 450W power supply can work with that system get at least 700, preferably 750+ for future upgrades

Pretty good but I'd go with an i5 4670k instead so you can overclock down the line. And switch to a Z87 chipset motherboard. It won't add that much to the cost.

Also, not a fan of that CM PSU. Especially at that price. Ignore the guy who said you need 700W but you can get a better quality one at that price.

Otherwise looks fine

All right, since a few people suggested it I swapped out the CPU. As for the motherboard, we actually decided on a different one the other day, I just forgot to update the build. It's in there now.

Could you recommend a better PSU for around the same price?

I'm not a huge fan of Corsair's lower end units but it'll suffice. If you don't mind rebates, I think you can get the CS 550M model for cheaper.

This would be my pick for ~$60

I agree with AloXX concerning the CPU. Get a K-model so you can oc it.

I would go with a i5-4670k instead of that i5-4690 that you currently have. This way, you won't have to worry about needing to get a new CPU for a long time.

Apart from that, you may want to get a 500W or higher PSU in case you decide to ever upgrade the build.

A 4670K should be something you should be getting. Also, what do you need two monitors for? I would also upgrade the PSU a little higher just to be future proof (trust me, replacing the PSU is a lot of hassle).
