drinking games have the very achievable goal of getting drunk - so if you want to get drunk, a drinking game might have a point.
being drunk might still be pointless - but that's a different story ;)

Wouldn't it make sense to not allow someone to enter a giveaway if he has won and marked as received the same game before?
It shouldn't be difficult at all to implement, just a check against the DB the same way that the site now checks owned games.
Even if it is against the rules, if people can do it and it's hard to track(other than manually check everyone) for the support staff, it will still continue to happen.

You'd think right. I won the game and steamgifts.com doesn't show it as being in my steam when I update my game list on the site here. So I can't even filter the bloody thing.

Thanks after putting on some game time it now sync to the site. It funny to see the list of games go from 20 pages down to only 4 pages.
That's why no one wants DOTA 2. It out there so much that it should just be free anyway.

BTW I won it to erase from the list, tried it for curiosity and it's anti-noobs. There is no tutorial or help at all, it directly puts you into a pvp fight without any instruction on how to use the shop, the assignation of skill points or whatever. The "learn" section it's just a list of heroes (with their attacks) and items.

Yesterday, someone offered 4 copies for left 4 dead 2 (which costs $3,75 here). A few weeks back each copy worth something between 5 to 10 dollars. I fell sorry for the traders who started using DOTAs as currency and now have dozens of copies stuck in their inventories.
