I was level 2 for 3 or so days now I'm level 1 again what just happened???

The bundler made a strike against one of the game you gaweaway ;)
Ookibloks was 90% of in Steam Store here somedays ago I think, which makes it even more in RU/CIS = Bundled.
And will only give 15% of the real value in CV, more about it in the FAQ

Getting level 2 doesn't mean it was "full price", stuff gets added to the list later and that's what probably happened now.

Ookibloks was 50 cents a couple of days ago.

Happend to all of us im sure!
Could've been worse, try to not buy games that is over ~85% off on Steam, even that can in some cases be on the edge to getting considered as bundled..

You are very welcome a game can also be added retroactivly to the bundle list which means it can give you full CV until the person handling the bundlelist got time to add it as it's a queue for games being added :)

Aslong as it's unbundled before, that means it haven't been in a bundle at any point earlier, you can check that at different sites.
Personally I use "Enchanced Steam" to show lowest ever price & number of times bundled on the storepage =)
