Save it as a .jpg in the first place, less quality loss. That's what I've found when I was messing around with it.

I know it's not new idea, but I didn't see any decent group of this kind.
I bet many of you had situation when you couldn't add Steam user, because their friends list was full / Steam bugged. In such case I usually added his online friend and asked him for help, but obviously it takes more time.
