I was looking to grab Crysis 3 for $5 on the GMG sale, but I was wondering if it's region locked to the US. Also the store page says something about the Lost Island DLC, but it's not clear whether it's included with the game or whether it has to be bought separately. I'd assume it's included with the game as it was on Amazon, but I'd like some clarification.

Hmm, I bought it from GMG yesterday but I'm not sure about either question for sure. I don't see anything about regional restrictions but can't say one way or another with certainty. I did notice it mentioned the dlc on the GMG page but when I click it it goes no where. Not sure how to tell if my copy has it or not as I haven't installed it. I'm away from my computer until next weekend.

Long way to not answer your questions, ay?

It's not region locked.
Also anyone knows why my GMG credit didn't turn into $ after I used "Hola!" Chrome addon to log to their sites (GMG & Playfire) with a US IP, I obviously deleted cookies too, some prices like the price of Crysis 3 or other games changed to $, but that's all, other games are still in €. Seems if I make a new account it will show there all in $$, but I don't want that, I want it in my current account, because Europe prices suck a lot :(

I tried to trick them with various VPN services but ti doesn't matter at all, because they link your origin to your paypal (at least that's what they do with mine) and no matter how far you get in the process wih $ it will just revert everything back to € then. Sucks big time, because obviously GMG thinks €=$.
Well, if currency development continues like it did the past months we will have nothing to complain about, cuz then a dollar WILL equal a euro.

Alright, I bought it and managed to activate it without an issue. I've still got no idea about the DLC though.

Thanks for the tip, Delta.

Unfortunately it appears the GMG game does not include the DLC. My copy still has a + next to it and an option to buy it with a 50% discount.

Enjoy it. I, personally, found Crysis 3 to be the best of the trilogy.

I, personally, do not agree or disagree with either of you, but rather on the contrary.

I have Crysis 1 and 2 on Steam, and I didn't know it was Origin only...

Because of the company that publishes the series. Valve even removed Crysis 2 for a while, EA only got that back in before leaving completely.

EA only publish games that have no more DLC to be released on steam.
