Not OP, but you can build one that can play Battlefield 3 on Ultra at 45 fps for like $650, maybe.

So, I'm going to build a new gaming computer soon. And of course, I need to go through the crap of transferring all kinds of files again. After thinking for moment I realized that I don't know what happens if I simply transfer Steams folder. So question is, is there anything specific in transferring both Steam and games there? I wouldn't like to download Skyrim and those 50+ mods again... Any advice?
