If you mean the Greenman gaming, gamer's gate, etc ads then yes there's a small banner that goes at the bottom of the page too. Not really that big a deal though.

It was on sale on GreenManGaming last month, and it's currently on sale on GameFly.

Possibly GetGames too, although you'll have to check that one.
