I'm really poor at these puzzles and don't know 1/5 of the "tricks" but I'm sad to hear you had the event ruined.

oh man it sucks that there are people that would go to such lenghts to ruin someones effort in an event, sorry to hear that it was all for nothing

Seriously, every site has its share of cretins. Fortunately, SG has a lot of rules and a lot of great mods to help (though you might not feel overly kindly to them after your own recent suspension). This set of rules does help us keep a relatively drama-free community to some extent. Anyway, I, and many others as evidenced by this thread, applaud your efforts to create fun event. If anything, it highlights possible improvements to the system, due to the leaked GA links. I'm sure wiser minds than mine are devising ways to prevent what happened to your event from occurring again.

Sorry to hear your event was ruined, Melly. It looks like you put a lot of work and creativity into it so it's unfortunate people had to go out and ruin it. :(

Melly, I am SO sorry for the horrible attitudes you were met with by some people in this thread. I just wanted you to know that my father and I do not support or tolerate the abusive way in which you were treated....we have removed names from this thread from our group event and blacklisted those who wished you harm.

We feel those attitudes directed at you are truly self-defeating at heart.

It is unfortunate that some in this community feel the need to ruin it for the rest of us. Human nature being what it is some will always be driven by greed and self-entitlement. This is a hard lesson learned but I am sure this knowledge make the next event even better. As negative as this thread has been I have to point out one positive note; my empty blacklist is no longer empty.

I'm sorry that your event turned out poorly, but at least this has evolved into a good way to fill out my Blacklist a bit more!
