In the "create giveaway" copy paste all your SG urls so that all your urls are protected.
If you copy paste only one url then only your first car will be protected.
Also your first url that you copy paste into the "create giveaway" will be your SGTools gate aka car 1.
In the image you can see that the Battleplan giveaway url is the first url and so that makes it the SGTools gate/link to start your train.
Also make sure that you're giveaways that you use are invite only.

Should i paste the steamgifts url or sgtools url in giveaway description for the next giveaway? In other giveaways i saw only steamgift urls and couldn't understand why you've to protect all giveaways.

You need to paste all invite only steamgifts urls like in the image above.
For example if you would paste all the below that would make it a 4 cars train and Doom would be the SGTools gate

https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/iN3Ab/Ultimate-Doom

You need to paste all the links because by doing this you're protecting all the other individual cars.
But once you have clicked on create then you can't add any more cars to that train.
Once you have created the train you'll have a new page with several tabs, one of them being the invalid entries tab.
Clicking on that tab shows you the invalid entries for the gate and there's also an individual car checker.
Also the dev of SGTools Knsys has a general thread where you can ask something and/or report invalid entries: SGTools General Thread

Hi LostSoul. I want to create my first sg-tool-Train, but I think I am failing.
I created 6 giveaways and put all the links in the "box" on sg-tools site. But I get only a giveaway for the first link. Have I to do the connections manual?

Yes, linking is manual like any other train and I would suggest to link only forwards not backwards.
And to place a bump to your main post in the last car.

On this site i can paste a list of steamgift urls. So far so good..
Do I have to insert the first url (train beginning) or every steamgifts url of the whole train?
