Unless we have a local optometrist on the forum, your best bet would be to seek professional help.

It could be glasses, or it could be an illness. You should see a General Practitioner (an eye specialist would work, too) to find out if it's your vision or your eye that is the problem. Don't put it off, either, because eye infections are really dangerous.

go see a doctor.

Whatever you do, do not go to Web MD where you realise you have everything and are about to die.

Seriously though, when stuff like this happens, go see a doctor, you'll save yourself a lot of pain in the future.

sounds a lot like me, my left eye is a lot worse than my right eye but my right eye, when open compensates for my left so i don't notice any vision problems until my right is closed.

I dont think it's eye fatigue as generally unless you have a habit of keeping one eye open and another closed ( i do this sometime because even though my right eye compensates i can just close my left to see better) it would affect both your eyes.

My recommendation: get an optometrist appointment

Just go to ophthalmologist and you will know if you need them. If it's eye fatigue, a visit still should help you. It's for your own good.
