New Doom Specs?

Im planning on upgrading my PC to handle the new DOOM. The most i can afford is a GTX 750. Would that do it based of off recent games?

Depends on which resolution you want to play on. But I'd guess a 750Ti is barely sufficient for medium effects in 1920*1980. The main things to switch off are AA & soft shadows. I'd wait until it actually comes out. Sometimes game devs run into problems and then a game takes half a year longer to come out. By then some GPUs may have gone down in price significantly.

I want to play in 1280x1024. And i dont really care about AA& soft shadows. I gamed for a year with a GT 210 i can handle jagged lines.

1280*1024? Wow, that is a 15/17 inch monitor isn't it? A 750Ti will be more than adequate for that. What processor are you using? It's no use getting a faster GPU if your processor is just too slow.
Depending on availabilty and prices you may want to consider an AMD R7-260x or R9 270.

My processor is 2.4 Ghz. I think its an E4600 im not sure. I also have 3.5 Gbs of ram. But sadly im on a budget and my PSU cant handle the 260x or T9 270;

If Doom IV specs will be like anything Doom 3 specs were when that was released compared to the high-tier cards available at that time, unless you can build an at least 2500 USD machine, just wait instead.
