Is Far Cry 2: Fortune's Edition steam redeemable on Amazon?

It might be a stupid question, because it doesn't say "DRM:Steam", but who knows... I'm talking about this

It doesn't use Steamworks as far as I know, so no.

steamworks means that game had steam achievments, steam cloud, and it is steam exclusive (cod, red orchestra, skyrim etc.)...
But there is plenty games which are not steamworks, but their retail keys can be activated on steam

Yes, but if that was the case for Far Cry 2 it would be on this list, which it isn't.

this list is incomplete, so much games are missing...
But yes, FC2 retail key can not activate on steam
