He is a superhero, not just a rich bastard who had time to workout for the last 40 years to get this unrealistic strong, good looking body!

DC is terrible in terms of power balance between characters but hey, IT'S BATMAN.

Whats the point of watching a Superhero that's the most powerful being on earth...i get it, he is perfect, but whats the point? where is the fun in that

Superman. Batman is mostly hype: he is a good detective whose deductive skills help a lot his fellow comrades, but whenever he tries to play it big, it ends up in disaster. His grand plans once nearly let Ra's al Ghul wipe out the Justice League and decimate the population of the planet, and next time it managed to turn the entire population against super heroes and nearly ruined reality itself. Not to mention such little episodes that when Joker gained the power of god and toyed with constantly killing and resurrecting Batman, it was Superman who had to save his bacon. (And later his sanity.)
Plus, you know, Superman was killed only once, and by a beast so powerful that it was practically deemed unstoppable by the gods; Batman at least three times, once by a deranged thug.

I see the "Superman is perfect and boring" thing repeated a lot and I can't stand Batman for the same reasons.

Batman is the definition of a Mary Sue. He's too good at too many things. He can beat everyone because he'll always be more "prepared" somehow. He has an interesting universe and cast of characters, but Batman himself is conceptually really limited and rarely pulled off well to me. Superman is at least useful as a symbol.

Both are lately overrated, Superman because he is super strong and Batman because he is super duper smart ... zzzzzz
