Crysis 2 ME was in Humble Origin Bundle. The other 2 games you gave also seem to be bundled games which would only give up to $30 CV before requiring nonbundled games to be given away to receive some of its CV. (Not sure how to phrase it, FAQ should have the more definite answer)

The thing is that I see the people and the CV system in three categories:

I believe they've all been in bundles at some point.
The bundle games (marked with * in 'create a giveaway') and listed here. These games are limited in CV.
The first $25 of value are given at full, then after for games with the you get 20% of the value of games you've given without \.
So, $25 + ($25 x 0.2) = $30. If someone has given $100 of non-bundled games, they can give a total of $50 of bundled games and receive full CV for them. $25 'whitelisted' + (0.2 x $125) = $50.
Giving more games without the * will increase your CV by more than the value of the game until you've 'unlocked' the value of the bundled games you've given.

Once you've passed the 20% of value of non-bundle-games, the value gets 'locked' and can be unlocked by giving more games. For example, on my profile, I haven't received full value for the bundle games I've given:
(DoTA 2, Toki Tori, English Country Tune, Proteus, probably some of those Fortix, Secret of the Magic Crystals, DS1, Crysis 2 ME, Medal of Honour, Limbo)
But when I gave away TW Shogun 2 and Civ V, I received more than $40 and $30 CV respectively as the bundle value was unlocked. (Specifically, I got $48 when I gave TW - $40 + 0.2 x $40 from previous bundles - and $36 when I gave Civ V - $30 + 0.2 x $30.)
And in case you were wondering, that Civ V was a gift copy and just before the Golden Joystick awards free game mayhem.

Hello. I gave 3 games. Actually are 4, but I'm waiting for the last feedback.
Anyways, the value of already gave 3 games is 65$, but in my profile I only have 30$ as value.
Why?
Until yesterday when I gave only King's Bounty and CIM, the values was exact, but seems that the value of Crysis 2 ME hasn't been added.
