Does support ticket actually work?

Guy won gift from me 2 wks ago.

Guy did not add game to library/activate game after a wk (still in his inventory now).

Submitted support ticket 5 days ago.

No action taken till now.

As you can see, there's a lot of open tickets. Only loko currently has the power to deal with a lot of them. It will be dealt with when it gets around to.
