Hello, I would like to join the group through Option 1. I won Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor not so long ago and have never touched this series before. I have already applied and will start playing tomorrow.

Hi vinstonsmitt, as it is mentioned in the title of the topic and multiple times in the previous comments, the recruitment is closed, so no, you can't join.

Hi xxxka, you were never even kicked from the group. You left on your own.

May I join? I got 2 keys I can make exclusively to this group but it's going to have to wait til tomorrow, I can't create any more giveaways until my existing giveaways are finished.
Edit: Just realized it's closed... Whoops

Hi BodyShox, you can not rejoin till you actually play the game you were kicked for not playing enough.

Hi RiseV7, you have been kicked from the group twice so you can not rejoin, sorry. You only have the ability to rejoin after you have been kicked the first time.

Hi, I would like to know why I was kicked from the group even though I had 100 playing score with my won giveaway.

Hi daedricfob, because idle time is not considered as actual playtime.

I know this group is closed, but since people are still rejoining, perhaps I can join soon?
I'm gonna play ScourgeBringer, which I recently won from SG. I'll reply here when I've played it, which may be in a few days. Regardless of if I can join the group, this posts gives me some accountability to play the game.

Maybe it's easier to process rejoin requests than full new applications.
Either way, if you're interested in playing your SG wins and having some accountability, I recommend checking this event/group:
https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/IR3ko/may-is-a-play-a-game-you-won-on-steamgifts-month-all-the-small-things
It's open for new members and pretty active. Every month there is a different "theme" for wins to play and if you do, you get to join some invite-only giveaways (as a "reward").

That group is way too complicated imo. I'll pass. Just want to use this thread instead. That said, thanks for the recommendation. Appreciate it. :)

Likewise Play or Pay, which does require BLAEO, but is pretty easy once you've set up your lists

Never tried BLAEO. That site looks incredibly helpful!

Find a won game of yours that fits a tag, or a theme. Or find any backlog game, that fits the tag/themes marked with "*2". Play it, make a post about it on the site, wait for it to get accepted, access giveaways, profit.
It's actually pretty simple, since Steam has an option to search for your tags within your library. You only need to find a single tag, or theme of the listed ones, to apply with a game, usually here lies the "complexity", people think you need to find a game that fits all.
For this month, for example, anything under $10(10P on SG), under 5 hours of gameplay time based on HLTB site, has fewer than 20 achievements, or fewer than 10 letters in their name. (No store tags for this month, it's a rarity). For example you could nominame Coromon or Prey from your latest wins, based on their titles are shorter than 10 letters ^^

HUH, well that is news to me lol, but you are right (maybe I knew at some point and I forgot? dunno). I know the message wasn't meant for me, but it actually helpful so thank you :)

ScourgeBringer would count too, since that giveaway only had 14 entries.

Currently, there is no way to join as the group is closed for new members. If you haven't won any GAs yet, I suggest joining the Unlucky-7 group meant for people with small amount of wins. From there you are likely to win something soon.

Introduction
Playing Appreciated is a group for members that like to play games they win and for giveaway creators that like to see their games getting played. This sounds simple, yet requires commitment and dedication from members by filtering out games they like to play from all group giveaways and when won playing those within one month. In return members will get higher chances of winning games they want and creators will know their giveaways have a high chance of getting played. The group has more than 1000 members and over 25000 historical giveaways.
