That's why you should always buy through paypal instead of adding funds from it to your wallet.

Yeah, we have to wait 7 days every time a new method is used. That includes using different credit cards. I thought it would be a 1 time thing only, but no, I'm stuck till the 19th too.

lol, it's happening to me too today. I don't know about that restriction before.

So I bought any game on daily deal and trade it on Outpost for keys. Sure this takes much longer time and you maybe lose one or two bucks, but at least Summer Sale is ended for me after I get the game I wanted.

Maybe u could try buying a steam gift card from a store, and adding funds that way. If theyre available in your area.

Quick question, is the 7 day wait every time you change your payment method, or every time you use a new payment method? For example, I used Card A to purchase funds in the past, but my most recent purchase was with Card B. If I use Card A again, do I need to wait again even though Steam has already verified that card in the past?
