You have to claim it between those dates. Assuming this is like every other offer on Twitch Prime, you get to keep the games in your library for ever. (Failing that, you could always just download them, keep them stored on your PC and play them without the launcher, as Twitch games are essentially DRM free).

Owned a few games, but The Messenger and Crossing Souls were wishlisted so I'm pretty happy about it. If it were a bundle I would have bought it in a heartbeat, so getting them for free is great. Of course, they're on twitch instead of Steam, but beggars can't be choosers ;)
