Two of the giveaways I did are still awaiting feedback. Is there a time limit for someone to retrieve a game they won? I was just wondering, because if neither of the games is ever claimed, I'd like to be able to give them away again to someone who will use them.

Ah, good to know! Gives them time to claim their gift if they are going to. :)

Yes, but keep an eye out for them. Sometimes a newbie registers, spends all points, and forgets about the site. Check if they even logged in since they won. If not, don't wait for a week, write them in email or on their Steam profile.
Oh, and try to politely include the "please activate the key on your account" message.

If it's been a day or two it's probably a good idea to send them an email/steam message. I often forget myself and I've had winnings go unclaimed for long periods of time.

you can chose to send the key via the won page, add them on steam to send it or just email it.
after 7 days passed you can request a new winner.

I try to wait at least 4 days before I nudge a winner to activate. There are always those stragglers who seem to take longer than everyone else.

A guy who won my GA a year ago hasn't click "received". He have this game in his steam library, it was a gift so i can't do anything, last time he was online on steamgifts.com a year ago and he hasn't answer my e-mails.

You can request support to add the feedback if you prove you sent it... never done it, not sure what proofs they want, but there is even a special support category for it

Contact support, send them a screenshot of your gift history (inventory > more > gift history) and ask them if they can flag it as received for you. I had a similar problem. It may take them a couple of months but they will eventually get to your request. :)

Maybe take a screenshot of your Humble Bundle page with the gift link?

As the others said, you can submit a ticket in the "Request Received Feedback" category with a screenshot of your gifting history on Steam and we'll change it to "Received"

Thanks everybody. I emailed the winners, hopefully they'll get my message soon. :)

Well, one of the winners wrote me back and said I hadn't written down the full key, only the first few letters! Now I'm glad I checked with them.

I have a diffrent question about awaiting feedback. Im pretty sure it said received on one of my GA before I had even sent the key. Then I sent it, now when I look it says awaiting feedback and I can see that the user have the game in his library. Is it possible to take back a received after you have clicked it? Have never won anything so dont know myself. Guess I have to wait 7 days to see if its marked as received again. And then create a support ticket.

Yep, it's possible to mark it as 'not received' again.
Even long after the GA has ended. Because keys and gifts can be revoked, etc.
