I won the giveaway but...

I won the giveaway contacted with guy who started the giveaway, he seemed nice kind of nice and told me that he'll contact me tommorow with key.
However he deleted me and blocked me, kinda nice huh?
Shall i report him after 7 days wait rule ends completly?

You are in the wrong. Don't go harassing giveaway creators for your gift. Wait until the creator gives you the gift.
