A little help with TF2 crafting?

Hey guys, how are you? I'm thinking about using this to make this but i have no idea on how to do it.. Also, can i use any gun with a killstreak? Such as (the cheapest one i foud) this one?
And, this is profitable right? Thanks a lot :)

The idea was to get some money on my account, and trading for a weapon to make profit is just not viable for me
