It's not a Steamworks game - my friend has a copy that is Origin-only, so that's probably what you have if it didn't specifically state Steam key.

Amazon had planned to since they got into contact with the Rhode Island dood in charge or able to handle it. I have yet to see that one though. It'll be something like a few thousand steam copies + dlc.

It's almost positively origin key. But if you still want to do a daily giveaway you could do a forum giveaway/puzzle or something. Doesn't add to CV but would still be fun and gives everyone a good chance.

Bummer. I've done that before, buying a non-steam game by accident.
It's a shame about Kingdoms of Amalur's studio and the Rhode Island mess, etc. I was trying to keep an eye on the Cheap Ass Gamer website and Tony's progress bringing the Steam version to Amazon, and getting a sale for it. I never saw how it turned out but it seems to have fizzled. I was intending to never use Origin, as I'm lazy and prefer everything on a single service, but between K.o.A. and the Origin bundle, I might just have to give it a try.

Ive bought a game before that i thought would have a steam key but does not. I feel your pain. Good luck with the move. I just moved literately last week so i know your pain on that as well. There are always other websites you can use to give it away since Origin keys are allowed there, or you can simply trade the key for something else, considering you can't give it away on SteamGifts. ^_^
Also, if you haven't yet and if it's your type of game, you should totally give it a try. It's an amazing game, IMO.
Eventually I will buy it.

Okay so I'm in the process of moving, but I wanted to keep the daily giveaways coming, so I hastily bought a copy of KoA & made a giveaway for it before I had to go help move the fridge
I thought it was a Steam key, but I'm not entirely sure, so I took the giveaway down as a precaution. Does anyone know what EA Access is? Cause that was listed next to it, I didn't even see it before.
