a question about game sync

I made a group giveaway of Trine 2: Complete Story Upgrade(DLC). But the winner already owns the DLC. I don't know maybe he didn't sync the games? am I supposed to request a new winner?

Most if not all DLC don't sync for some reason. You will just have to ask support for a reroll.

dlc doesn't sync usually, so anyone can enter. They're not supposed to though, and yes you can request a reroll.
