They can be keys that fell off a truck, keys that were acquired from credit card scams, keys from low-price regions, keys from promotions..
They're not necessarily reselling keys from another 'normal' store, or Humble Bundle.
(the game is bad anyway, why would you care? is this for a school project?)

It's available for € 13.89 at cdkeys. However I don't recommend buying it, not even for €13.89. It's not worth that price. That is if you only want the base game. If you also want Modern Warfare Remastered you'll have to buy the "Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy Edition" that is about three times more expensive.
In my opinion Black Ops 3 is way, way better than Infinite Warfare.

So here is a link to a G2A which I don't trust so I won't buy it there, for COD: IW sold at only 13€: www.g2a.com/call-of-duty-infinite-warfare-steam-cd-key-eu.html. I searched on isthereanydeal.com and allkeyshop and didn't find any information on such a sale or deal anywhere.
Can anyone help-me find an official platform where COD: IW was on sale, which are then sold on grey markets?
