Did you tell one of the givers that you had Dota 2? If you didn't then it will be assumed you took both of them (which isn't allowed)

1) I don't think it's fair either, you should have been banned longer

2) Yes, you will be banned again if you win the same game twice and accept both

If you win a game twice, you are supposed to tell the second Gifter that you already got it, that way he can reroll so someone else can win the game.

You took both Dota 2 Keys/Gifts, that's the reason you got "bunned", it wasn't because you were lucky, it was because you kept both wins for yourself.

Maybe it had to do with your typing skills.
