Site excruciatingly slow

If it's always slow it's your connection.
Prior to the maintenance it was going normal for me.

The site loads fine for me.

Site loads instantly on my comp. On my android where it doesn't it has been very fast on my android.

Yes, it seems to me that it's not able to handle the database load at times. The site was just down for hours afters slowing down heavily and eventually grinding to a screeching halt earlier today, but I tried pinging it at the time and there were no problems with latency (average for me is 10-15ms) or packet loss so it was reachable.

I've noticed a pattern of it being slow (even excruciatingly so as you put it) during the daytime hours here (Eastern United States) and possibly extending into early evening. This range of time seems to be the peak period of activity for the site.

it all has to do with load, the more people on the heaver the load, thus it get pretty slow, happen alot during the weekends to me, and i have fios so i know it not my bandwidth, im pulling 25 down on my bad days baby

Yes, I notice it during peak times a lot. I hope this gets fixed soon.

The performance comes and goes. Sometimes it's amazingly responsive other times it's extremely slow.
