I just bought the new worms game and some borderlands 2 DLC from nuuvem. But the worms game didnt show up in my nuuvem library and the code for the DLC didnt work. Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

For worms they didnt give me a key at all. I ment nuuvem libarary.

EDIT: Restarting didnt work for the DLC.

I know, not ideal but sometimes patience is needed, if its still not there in a couple of days get onto them.

I had a delay with a game i bought there with pre-order. I got the key after one day it was released on Steam. Even contacting the support didn't help at all. They told me to logout and login but nothing happened. I only needed to wait.

The SAW keys took quite a while a few months ago... Are Nuuvem keys working for ROW again?

I was on there looking at sales, popped a game in my cart that I was fairly sure would have a region warning and it says nothing about it... strange.

No I'm saying some games are region locked but they don't have the warning. You should check https://steamdb.info or contact Nuuvem before buying.

Bought LEGO Hobbit a few months ago, and till now I didn't receive the key. They said that a refund was possible, but then, it was only R$3,99 (almost 1 dollar today), so I'm still waiting. sigh

I don't really know. They only gave the refund as an option because they didn't know when the key would be available. If they don't give you the key in the next days, ask their support about it, and if they don't know when they'll be available, ask for a refund.
