just tried with my cousin from another country and steam says "the game is not available on this country"
i have money in my wallet so i told my cousin to login with my steam acc. and buy me some non low violence games (like south park the stick of truth), but steam says that he cant buy the game cuz its not available in the country (but he could add the game in the cart and procede with "purchase"). so i tried to buy flatout 2 which is available for both countries and everything whent smooth, but other games like dying light says the problem above.
TLDR: is there a way to buy non low violence games in germany?

Valve changed how it works, your account is now permanently tied to DE so logging into it in another country doesn't work at all anymore.
Your cousin could buy it on his own account and send it to you as a gift, that still does work.

If you have friends outside of Germany they can easily gift you uncensored versions in the most cases (Wolfenstein TNO and Sleeping Dogs Collection are exceptions). To be safe you can also always check SteamDB before they gift you the games.

With a bit of luck you can also buy uncesored games from retailers like Nuuvem, Amazon or Direct2Drive. As an example, Direct2Drive lets you buy the Max Payne collection in Germany although this wouldn't be possible on the Steam store. You can feel free to add me in case you have further questions or if you are looking for a specific uncut version.

Move to another country. Yours sucks :-p. But don't worry, just think Australia has it worse :D.

The problem with South Park isn't violence, we have a censored version because of the swastikas in the original version. The same with Wolfenstein.

blame Valve for not implementing an age verification. that's all that's legally stopping them from selling uncensored games in Germany (as long as they are not on the index).

that would help with censored versions because of violence, but w/r/t to swatikas... the games would most likely still be censored.

There ware some fixes to that , but it included torrenting a pirated version of the game , and replacing game files with the torrented version ones ...
alltho , that kinda only worked for my Visual Novels with Big plot ... but it should ( i think) be fine for other games aswell .
