Gothic 2 Steam In-Game not working

When I play gothic 2. My steam in game does not work. So i cannot Shift+Tab to bring the screen up and talk to buddies :(

Is it just me or does this happen to any1 else?

is there a solution to this problem??

Hmm, they don't have solutions.. But I also thought the reason was cuz it was an older game :/

I have the same problem with Borderlands 1. It still tracks achievements though, you just don't get the pop-up. :P
