...I thought. When I see a new flood of giveaways I know something just went on sale and from there it is only a matter of checking the big four - Amazon, GMG, GG, and Steam - well, not so much this last one, especially right now. Even better than Deals4Downloads sometimes.

...nah, just grabbed Civ V Gods & Kings over at GMG - noticed the flood and grabbed it, and THEN saw the post.

It's fun when you see topics about cool deals and then spend more money that you thought you will. It's useful, nonetheless.

Then toss on a 30% off coupon code too - yeah, was nice, been trying to get it for under $5 for awhile now, but under $4 was great.

Coupon code = GMG30-DPLIM-DN831

Thank you. Just picked up Red Faction 1 for $2.1 with that coupon.

To get updates on game deals.
I assume you don't like the community, but you don't even need to go near the comments for the deals. And having only used that subreddit, I don't see where you're coming from ;)

Not sure if it is related to you posting the link here, but about 10 seconds after I visited the site the lag monster seemed to grab a hold of it - I'll check it out later, but I wish they had ratings up there - Metacritic or otherwise.

It actually takes quite a while to list everything at first. If you set up a filter, with less than a gazillion games, it's a lot faster. You can even make a feed out of your filter, which could be useful.
