You should see the steamcommunity forums opening topics like "OMG, XCOM not being unlocked!!!" or "I didnt get the xcom WTF?" and the tons of people whining and crying because they didn't receive their copy yet.
It only reached the 100% like 5 hours ago, and i guess it's still midnight on USA (maybe early on the morning now) but people still crying around :D
Also, yeah, i preordered the game on Steam but i don't have that attitude :p

it was taking dig at people making threads saying can't belie the amount of losers that pre ordered a game that's rewards will never unlock. I seems to have worked cos everyone Mad in here.

Well, the TF2 stuff will be worth about $2-5 each piece once marketable, so $10-35 total (but likely much closer to $10 as they will be common).
Xcom is worth about $15-17.
So, using conservative estimates, you got $25 of free stuff with a $60 game. Not the worst deal.
